Phoenix Hospitality Academy
Phoenix hospitality Academy is an initiative of PCS in an attempt to provide global standards of professionalism among the aspirants in the hospitality industry. The institute runs a number of courses of which many are accredited by foreign regulatory bodies in the UK and Australia.
The Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses offered by the Academy are accredited by the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH). The confederation provides recognized standards of management and vocational training appropriate to the needs of the hotel and travel industries. The program initially leads to a diploma after successful completion of the first year. The Advanced Diploma is the logical second year study option for holders of the CTHCM Diploma in Hotel Management. | |
Diploma in Hotel Management This Diploma provides the students with a broad understanding of the international hotel industry and knowledge of the underlying management principles. Though no specific pre-qualifications are required, it is desirable to have completed secondary education.

Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management accredited by CTH UK
The Advanced Diploma in Hotel management provides an understanding of the managerial, decision making and leadership aspects of the international hotel industry. The entry specification is the Diploma course or a duly approved equivalent. The syllabus builds on the theoretical knowledge acquired at Diploma level and complements this with the business administration techniques and practical skills that are required by those aspiring to management roles within large international hotels. Although well recognized as a qualification in its own right the course is generally used as a pathway to the Bournemouth University bachelor's degree course in International Hospitality and Tourism Management offered by the College and which takes only one further year of study following completion of the CTH Advanced Diploma.

Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) This is a praparatory course for cooks who want to take part in THE CERTIFICATE III COMMERCIAL COOKERY trade tests conducted by Hospitality Training Association Inc, Brisbane, Australia. This course prepares the experienced cooks to acclimatize themselves with Australian life styles. This package includes English Language classes that prepares them well for taking IELTS Test. The Australian Qualified Assessors conduct Cookery Skills Assessment and Phoenix provides necessary facility for the conducting of the test and an intensive mode preparation of the participants as a gap training. Once the participant passes the Cookery Tests conducted by the Australian Assessor, they receive a CERTIFICATE OF ATTAINMENT that is recognized within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Experienced cooks with Certificate III are eligible to apply for migration to Australia through different Migration Routes including PR.
The successful candidates are now free to approach any qualified Australian Migration Agent for further assistance in Permanent Residency Application.
But the Certificate III alone do not guarantee a successful migration to Australia. The Trade Recognition Australia [TRA]and Australian Immigration Department are the concerned authorities to recognize your qualification for Migration to Australia.
