This program provides you with the skills and knowledge in relation to supervising restaurants, bars and clubs, hotels, nightclubs and catering operations worldwide. As well as generic hospitality skills such as customer service, supervision and leadership you can choose to gain specialist skills in club and gaming operations, servicing functions, front office and housekeeping service. The students must be either X pass or have completed any Certificate III in Hospitality Management to be eligible for this course. Successful candidates can seek job opportunities as team leaders in a range of positions in restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels and motels including such areas as food and beverage, functions and front office operations. |
