Asian Cookery (Certificate III) | |
The course provides students with the training and skills development in Chinese and Asian Cookery and incorporates the following key competencies: collecting, analysing and organising information; planning and organising; working with others; using mathematical ideas and techniques; solving problems. The course also provides a specific overview of Chinese and Asian cookery methods, preparation of food and kitchen management. And Basic and advanced skills and knowledge for entry to and operation within the hospitality industry as a chef. All students who have passed Class X can apply for this course. There is a wide range of career opportunities in this field so the student can do part-time work and then apply for work permit.
